As our international Belgium-based partner is expanding their influence globally, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts on the Iberian and Italian markets. Embarking on this opportunity, you would be taking part in a rapidly growing company at the forefront of high-quality modular systems for indoor & outdoor environments and events.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Manager will be:
Develop and lead the full sales cycle on the Iberian and Italian markets.Identify key client relationships, driving new business opportunities and cultivate them by visiting clients on-site providing them top-notch quality service.Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.Possess an in-depth understanding of the offered solutions, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product features, capabilities, and benefits.Develop and implement strategies that align with market trends, ensuring a strong market presence and sustained growth.Formulate and execute a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed assigned sales targets. Efficiently manage and coordinate all sales activities to optimize performance and achieve organizational objectives.Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Full fluency in Spanish and English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Portuguese, or Italian is a plus).Affinity with technique and technical product selling especially focused on modular booth systems.Min. 5 years of Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience involving product selling.Availability, drive and willingness to travel frequently.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures.Self-starter, who is highly motivated and capable of operating effectively and autonomously from a remote location.You are preferably located in- or near the Barcelona region.What Awaits You:
