Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and establish relationships through cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, consistently following up to move leads through the sales cycle and secure new business.
- Client Needs Assessment: Understand client requirements by asking insightful questions, offering tailored solutions, and presenting relevant Zephyrus Engineering services.
- Presenting and Closing Sales: Deliver virtual presentations, product demos, and proposals that showcase our value proposition.
Work to convert leads into customers through effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and with the broader sales team to align on goals, share insights, and improve sales processes.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Update information regularly to provide real-time insights to the sales team.
- Market and Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales pitches and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a remote setting and in industries related to engineering, construction, or technical services.
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and engage effectively with clients.
- Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence decision-making processes, overcome objections, and close deals.
- Proficiency with CRM Software: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to track leads, update records, and manage the sales pipeline.
