Remote Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support

Location : Hybrid (Sofia) or Remote (other cities in Bulgaria) Start Date : January 6, 2024 Work Hours : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (2 rotational days off) About the Role We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria.
In this role, you'll provide top-notch support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in Portuguese and English .
A two-week training program will ensure you're equipped to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities : Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone in Portuguese and English .
Offer accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions.
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team as needed.
Record interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
Requirements : Fluency in Portuguese (B2) and English (B2) , both spoken and written.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus.
Availability to work Monday to Saturday with rotational days off.
