About the job.
The goal is to make life easier for our customers and provide them with the best possible experience. By using your empathy, problem-solving skills, and high-end emoji/gif abilities, you make customers feel appreciated and solve their issues, leaving a smile on their faces.

Offer support to customers by identifying and assessing user needs.

Balance top-speed productivity with exceptional quality scores.

Always provide accurate, valid, and complete information by understanding the right methods and tools.

Assist in successful client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition when opening an account.

Identify fraud indicators and escalate alarming cases to compliance officers.

Investigate payment dispute cases, analyze and resolve the issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while retaining them.

Actively identify and escalate customer issues to improve internal processes and enhance the customer journey.

Your profile.

You are an excellent verbal and written communicator.

You speak a minimum of C1 English + one other language (German or Dutch).

You take ownership of your tasks and are not afraid to claim responsibility when needed.

You show exceptional empathy and active listening skills, and you personalize every conversation.

Through active listening and investigative skills, you can easily identify the cause of problems and solve them.

Analyzing patterns and data energizes you.

You do not shy away from challenges and can easily balance several cases at the same time.
