Remote Hr Manager | (M876)

Julia Valler Event Staffing is a high-end event staffing company. The company was founded in 2013 and is located in New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. We are looking for a Remote HR Manager to join our team. This position requires managing the staff hiring process in the USA on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone with excellent English, who is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, has great communication skills, and has experience in the hiring process.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesConduct phone and video interviews, manage the onboarding process.Conduct employee orientation, development, and training for employees.Guide, direct, and motivate event staff, providing guidance and direction, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.Update staff profiles inside special software.Minimum RequirementsPrevious HR experience.Fluent English (you will be interviewing English speakers).Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including phone skills.Remote work experience.Goal-oriented, persistent, and organized.Access to high-speed fibre connections.Reliable laptop or computer.Professional headphones.Quiet working environment during working hours.Work hours: 40 working hours per week, 9 am - 5:30 pm EST. Please note, you will be working in the Eastern Time zone.
Salary: $800 per month + up to $500 commission a month. Payments are distributed weekly through PayPal.
