Location: Remote (Only within Bulgaria) / Hybrid Option Available

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in the sports industry.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work with an option for hybrid work within Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to our German-speaking customers via email, phone, live chat, and other communication channels. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our sports products. Order Assistance: Support customers with order tracking, modifications, cancellations, and issues related to payments and deliveries. Customer Feedback: Actively seek and collect feedback from customers regarding their experiences. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions in the company CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with product updates, promotions, and industry trends. Skills & Requirements: Language Proficiency: German (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B2 level). Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities. Self-Motivation & Independence: Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting. Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle customer requests accurately and efficiently.
