Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support in German and English through phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to our products and services.
Address and resolve customer issues , such as troubleshooting, account management, and general inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
Assist customers in product navigation and handle requests such as order changes, cancellations, refunds, and other concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve service quality and processes.
Maintain a customer-focused approach by delivering timely and accurate responses to all queries.
Requirements: Native German speaker with English proficiency (B2/C1) .
Must be currently living in Madrid and able to work on-site for the first 6 weeks.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently after the initial on-site training period and provide support remotely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
