You will work in a challenging agile environment alongside other passionate, creative individuals within and across teams in the project.Key Responsibilities:- Develop new features and components with best practices in mind.- Coordinate with multiple teams working on different infrastructure layers.- Lead and contribute to a collaborative, agile environment.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in collaboration with team members.Requirements:- 7+ years of experience as a Java Developer.- Experience with microservices.- Proficiency in the Spring Framework.- Experience leading teams and handling project architecture.- Proficiency with Spring Boot (at least version 2).- Strong testing experience.- Solid experience in software design and development within a test-driven environment.- Experience with databases and ORM frameworks (Hibernate).- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs.- Ability to create technical documentation for reference and reporting.- Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, including investigating test failures, errors, and build issues.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Proficiency in English communication.
