Remote French Speaking Sales Agent-Service Agreement - (Ma-299)

Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team.Responsibilities:Proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups.Assist new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products.Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.Work with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support.Requirements:An energetic passion for customer service and sales.A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company's sites, products, and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.Able to communicate at a bilingual or native level of French and fluent in English.An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.We Offer:Excellent benefits.Working in a dynamic European company.Ability for career and professional growth within the company.Corporate events and team buildings.A young and friendly team.
