Remote Devops Engineer Lead

Responsibilities:Organize and plan the work of a team of DevOps engineers;Check the performance of the DevOps team;Participate in hiring for the DevOps team;Maintenance and development of the current infrastructure, CI/CD processes;Solving problems of deploying applications in test and production environments;Setting up monitoring and logging;Participation in the analysis and elimination of incidents;Constant interaction with the product team;Obligatory Requirements:At least 3 years of commercial experience working with Amazon cloud services as a DevOps engineer;More than 2 years of experience managing a team of three or more DevOps engineers;DevOps certificates from Amazon will be a big advantage;Deep and perfect knowledge of AWS including EC2, EKS, RDS, ALB, EFS and ECS (optional);Knowledge and writing Helm Charts;ArgoCD;Terraform;GitLab CI;Sentry;logs: Grafana Loki;traces: Grafana Tempo;metrics: VictoriaMetrics;Visualization: Grafana;Collector (metrics, logs, traces): Grafana Agent/Prometheus Agent;Alerts: AlertManager + Grafana OnCall;Hashicorp Vault;Join our client's innovative startup and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our cutting-edge software solutions.
