Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: Bulgaria (Hybrid/Remote) Schedule: Monday to Saturday 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day Working hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Note: Only local candidates will be considered.
About the Role: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese and English to join our team in Bulgaria .
This is a hybrid/remote position, ideal for those who enjoy helping people and want to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese .
Assist customers with questions about products, services, and orders.
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
Good command of English for team communication.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to work with customer support tools.
Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Must be based in Bulgaria .
