We are on a search for responsible, determined and adaptable team players for the role of Customer Care Champion with Dutch and English (Work from Anywhere in Bulgaria – Fully Remote). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivering a professional and pleasant experience to ensure customer satisfaction; Offering information and advice on the company's products and services; Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed; Handling customer issues via various communication channels; Investigating and resolving customer issues and providing solutions; Serving as a guide through the resolution process; Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
