The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to represent our client professionally over the phone. This remote role requires daily performance monitoring and detailed reporting to ensure alignment with our company's goals and client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Client Representation: Understand and represent the client's brand accurately during all interactions.Communication: Engage with callers effectively, ensuring quick and clear communication.Problem-Solving: Be solution-driven, addressing client needs efficiently and effectively.Proactive Approach: Anticipate client needs and take appropriate action without continuous guidance.Performance Monitoring: Use the "eight by eight" platform to track call duration, idle time, and other metrics.Daily Reporting: Maintain a daily reporting sheet to monitor and report on performance.Training: Participate in comprehensive remote training to understand brand and client expectations.Required Skills:Fluency in English: Must speak English fluently and clearly.Articulate Communication: Express yourself well verbally and in writing.Proactive Behavior: Act independently to anticipate and address client needs.Engagement: Connect well with clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.Listening Skills: Understand and respond to client needs effectively.Adaptability: Learn new information quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.Attention to Detail: Be thorough in understanding and representing the client's brand.Professionalism: Sound natural and professional on calls.Goal Orientation: Understand the importance of meeting performance goals.Time Management: Manage tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Conflict Management: Handle and resolve conflicts effectively.Tools and Requirements:Monitoring Platform: "Eight by eight" for tracking performance.Equipment: Must have a headset and reliable internet connection.Daily Reporting: Maintain and submit a daily reporting sheet.Client Specifics:Location: New York-based client requiring quick and clear communication.Training: Remote training with a local lead for specific client instructions.9-5 EST position, Monday to Friday, Remote.Join EyeCarePro and be a part of a team that champions a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement.
