As an Archicad Expert for Interior Documentation, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate interior documentation for Residential and Commercial projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions.

Responsibilities Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc.
Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.
Collaborate with architects & designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.
Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.
Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions.
Fluent in English.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address project-related queries.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
Previous experience working for the US will be valued.
Having a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to the job description.
