Primarily, you will be providing technical support to our valued customers utilizing your remote diagnostic capabilities, focusing on the Pathology solutions e.G. immunohistochemistry, Special Stains, and Hematoxylin & Eosin. Responsibilities: Select appropriate solution strategy and carry out remote failure diagnostics and troubleshooting, utilizing remote tools. Contribute to continuous improvements of current processes and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Visit customers onsite on few occasions for promotion of remote support and troubleshooting. The position is a 12-month temporary contract. Minimum Requirements: Minimum a BA degree in Medical Laboratory Technologist - Histopathology, Pathology or equivalent. Excellent product knowledge in pathology in a similar position or as an end-user from a laboratory environment. Effective interpersonal skills to engage and identify customer needs in a calm manner in order to handle challenging situations successfully. Can work collaboratively in a team, and optimally independently. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English is crucial.
