Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.Identify and escalate inappropriate or sensitive content when necessary.Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to address content-related concerns.Utilize tools such as Office 365 and CRM databases to manage tasks efficiently.Stay up to date with content moderation policies and adapt to changing guidelines.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks. Qualifications: Native Danish speaker with advanced English proficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with accommodation platforms is an advantage.Previous experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial.Flexibility to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km of the office).
