Your Mission: TradingView is on the hunt for a Relocation Specialist to join our growing team in Malaga, Spain.
You'll oversee all processes related to domestic and international relocations, both to and within Spain.
You'll be in charge of global mobility as we build out this new location, which means working in conjunction with HR to make sure anything to do with talent mobility planning goes smoothly.
You'll be responsible for: Coordinating and preparing all documentation related to work visas Organizing and overseeing the logistics of relocation for both employees and their family members Making sure TradingView's talent mobility practices are compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements and policies Supporting the onboarding of all relocated employees in Malaga Supporting day to day administration task for our London and Malaga office Qualifications: Spanish level - C1 or higher English level – B2 or higher Russian level - native speaker 3+ years of experience in an HR, travel, mobility role, or transferrable skills Strong knowledge of general HR practices, relocation policies, and guidelines Cultural agility, high degree of empathy and ability to manage ambiguity It'll also be an advantage if you have experience in: Finance experience or knowledge of Trading Knowledge of TradingView Additional information This is a hybrid role based in our Málaga office, located in the heart of the city at the prestigious Muelle Uno port (center), offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant culture.
