We are looking for a Relocation Consultant to manage the entire relocation process of our corporate client's employees, predominantly transferred to Germany. As main point of contact you will be managing the cases from initiation to completion, always assuring a smooth process and the satisfaction of all parties involved. In your service delivery, you will be closely working together with other eres Consultants, managing our eres Field Consultants and other stakeholders.
About the Job
Coordination of assigned services for corporate client accounts and RMCs
Providing dedicated service support to our client´s employees in their Orientation, Home & School Findings and with various Settling-in Services
Manage & supervise eres field consultants in their service delivery
Ongoing communication and regular reporting to Client HR or RMC consultant
Compliance with client specific requirements (updating client database if applicable and document requirements)
Coordination and communication with all third-party providers
Managing own caseload including all associated administrative duties
Accurate updating of our internal CRM system
Service invoice preparation for senior management
Compliance with ISO and EuRA GQS requirements for relevant processes and procedures
Attendance of trainings
Attendance of Ops Meetings
The profile we are looking for The role typically suits a diplomatic and communicative individual; someone who oversees processes and implications and brings the ability to prioritise tasks. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself and perhaps you have worked in the airline, moving or hospitality industry. We are looking for a reliable, passionate and open-minded personality, able to deal with complex processes in an analytic way. IT literacy, down-to-earth working attitude, administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healthy curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PC proficiency – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/SharePoint and job-related systems
Ideally a German native speaker, English (C1 level)
