The ideal candidate will have a steady, adaptable demeanor and a strong background with classic yachts, ensuring smooth integration with the existing 5-person crew and minimal disruption to their established routines.
Due to winter conditions and potential challenges in Northern European waters, experience with colder weather navigation is essential.Requirements:Master 500+STCW + refresherENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months)Proven experience as a Delivery Captain, particularly with classic yachts of similar size.Background in cold-weather, winter conditions navigation, especially in Northern European waters.Strong interpersonal skills; able to integrate into an established crew without disrupting onboard dynamics.Salary range: 300 EUR/DayPackage: Standard SEA contract #J-18808-Ljbffr
