Responsabilidades principales: Manage the Rotating Equipment Workshop.Preparation, supervision of execution and documentary closure of repairs for rotating equipment, both in internal and external workshops.Optimization of productivity in the rotating equipment workshop.Review and optimization of the maintenance plan for rotating equipment.Preparation of technical specifications and orders for required services.Participate with central turnaround department plant Turnaround.Contractors Supervision Work in terms of quality and HSE.Manage the Warehouse process at Covestro.Purchase requests management, including completing the required technical information, inventory, incident managing and handling of claims.Motor pool inventory control, coordinating repairs and deliveries.Support Reliability framework, ensuring that the work is carried out following Covestro's quality standards and guaranteeing the safety and health of personnel involved.Participate in quality, safety, health, and environmental rounds and audits.Lead the review of criticality analysis for assigned equipment and prepare the most appropriate maintenance strategy.Any other tasks requested by the manager according to Covestro needs.Site Local Process Owner (LPO) of Design for Reliability, in charge of developing and implementing procedures and policies in the whole project, defining the action plan according to Engineering Project deliverables (EPDs), and communicate final results to the Project Management and Engineering Excellence auditors.Local Process Owner (LPO) of Assets Strategies Management in charge of developing and implementing procedures and policies, deciding the strategy with full respect of compliance with global requirements and support the implementation.Requisitos: Degree in Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Mechanical Maintenance.Minimum 2 years' experience as contractor supervisor.High knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines such as Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance, including vibration analysis.Ability to analyze problems and to implement countermeasures, including cost-benefit analysis and prioritization.Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.High sense of responsibility and good development in work.Good oral and written communication in English.SAP user experience is highly recommended.YOUR APPLICATION Are you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
