- High knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines such as Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance, including vibration analysisAbility to analyze problems and to implement countermeasures, including cost-benefit analysis and prioritization.Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.High sense of responsibility and good development in work.
