Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Relationship Manager to assist in building and nurturing key professional connections.
This role will involve managing personalized communication with our founders network, following up on candidate calls, and maintaining a highly organized CRM.
This individual will use the founders email and Linked In profiles to foster authentic relationships, ensuring each connection feels valued through strategic and timely outreach.
Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Use the founders email and Linked In account to follow up with connections, engage with posts, and send personalized check-ins.
This includes reading through connections Linked In posts and finding genuine topics to engage with.
Communication Management: Utilize pre-approved templates and create personalized follow-up messages for various contacts, checking in on updates, company milestones, or notable achievements.
CRM Management: Translate detailed notes from candidate calls into a CRM, maintaining accurate and organized records to optimize relationship tracking.
Manage 50-70 candidate notes weekly with an emphasis on detail and clarity.
Social Awareness: Regularly monitor Linked In and other social channels for updates from contacts, identifying opportunities to engage thoughtfully with comments or messages.
Report Insights: Provide weekly summaries of relationship-building activities and suggest possible improvements to outreach processes.
Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in relationship management, customer service, or a similar role with a focus on client engagement and CRM management.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Outlook and Linked In.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of contacts efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different social contexts.
Social Awareness: High level of social awareness, able to recognize conversational cues and pick up on relevant details in Linked In posts to initiate meaningful interactions.
Nice-to-Haves: Experience creating or managing CRM entries in a high-volume environment.
A proactive approach to finding new ways to engage connections and personalize interactions.
