We are looking for a Relations and Business Developer Executive for a Game & Entertainment Company.
Location: Ho Chi Minh or Remote
Functions - Develop and manage key partnerships with businesses and stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem
- Identifying and driving entirely new use cases that leverage the uniqueness of the products built on top
- Develop and own strategy process and framework for key verticals
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership goals align with company product, marketing, and sales objectives
- Develop a deep knowledge and ability to speak credibly about our product and its positioning in market
- Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities
- Lead large, high-priority, cross-functional, strategic projects, driving multiple decisions that have a significant impact on the company's direction and growth
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in blockchain partnerships and deal-making
- Must have strong technical knowledge/ experience of Web3
- Knowledgeable in blockchain technology, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions (e.g., understanding the differences between Layer 1s like Ethereum and Solana, and Layer 2 solutions such as Optimistic Rollups and Polygon zkEVM)
- Strong in deal chasing and negotiation, with a proven ability to close deals
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting to crypto-native audiences
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong presence on social media platforms
