Your role will be pivotal in ensuring best practices, implementing scalable solutions, and empowering users to maximize the value of Salesforce across the organization.Location: Valencia, Gothenburg, or remoteOffice Policy: 4+1 remote work policyJob Type: Full-timePlease note that only CVs submitted in English will be reviewedMain Responsibilities Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications.Solution Design: Work with Salesforce administrators and developers to design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud.Process Improvement: Analyze current processes (AS IS) and design optimized future processes (TO BE) to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for business requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.Testing & Deployment: Oversee UAT and post-deployment validation to ensure successful implementation of changes and updates.Training & Enablement: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Salesforce effectively.Project Leadership: Act as a project coordinator or lead for Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.Requirements University degree (Business or engineering)5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a focus on Core Clouds.Experience in Sales, Services, Experience Cloud, CPQ, RLM, and Marketing Clouds is a plus.Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Sales Certified is a plus.Proactive approach to optimize Salesforce Strategy.Experience collaborating with all business operations in an international setting.Analytical and highly technically focused.#J-18808-Ljbffr
