The Iberchem Group is looking for a person to start their professional career as Senior Regulatory Specialist in our Regulatory Affairs Department.
Your main mission will be to guarantee the safety and quality of the products and the production process, through the continuous updating and management of information, making the relevant changes and updates, ensuring that the established requirements are met at all times.
As part of the legislation team, you will participate in managing the following tasks:
Handling documentation requests for Perfumery for both internal and external stakeholders.Perform legal compliance checks/customer restrictions of products through the company's ERP and regulatory management software (regulatory database).Validate the veracity of raw material data in the regulatory management software on a mass scale.Participate in interdepartmental process improvement projects.Overseeing company-wide raw material approval processes (data comparison, data validation and accuracy, communication with suppliers and purchasing department, negotiation), as well as data change management and its impact.Maintain and update global legislation on management software, e.g. Corap, Svhc or Prop65 lists.Support in M&A processes and management of the integration of the Regulatory departments of new companies acquired by the group.Manage the chemical hazard of all the company's products and their correct labelling.Make annual declarations on the transport of dangerous goods.Making special documents for customs (drug precursors, CITES, etc.).What we offer:

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences or similar.5 years or more experience in Regulatory in chemical, cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical or other health science companies.Expert level knowledge of the regulations applicable to chemicals, cosmetics and the company's sector.High level of English (essential requirement). Any other additional language is a plus.Knowledge of the operation of ERP (SAP).Knowledge of regulatory data management through regulatory management software.Organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team.
