Essential Job Responsibilities
Organise and prepare the reports on client transactions and personal funds in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to address any compliance issues or discrepancies.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports on client transactions and personal funds before submission to regulatory authorities.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes in reporting requirements.
Interpret regulatory guidelines and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Timely response to requests regarding client transactions and personal funds from the regulator and auditors.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory reporting requirements and procedures.
Prepare reports to meet external reporting requirements and support business objectives.
Provide analytical support by generating insights and forecasts to aid in decision-making.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry, preferably in forex trading.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: fluent in English.
Microsoft Office (Excel advanced level is a must).
