.Job MissionThe Regulatory Detailing & Science Communication Manager will play a key role in supporting the development of detailing scientific content, HCP communication strategy, and the overall brand's growth.
The role will develop detailing content, support the definition of superiority claims based on scientific argumentation giving competitive advantage to our brands, as well as equipping commercial teams with best-in-class detailing capabilities.The role also includes support in country pharmacy sales trainings/meetings including customer fairs and events.
He/she/they will be a key team member of a cross-functional team in support of the assigned brands.Specific Responsibilities Scientific content holder for the Organization on OTC and Sexual Wellbeing.Trainer in Science/Product for OTC/Sexual Wellbeing for Sales and MKT.Prepare communications.Be the internal reference of knowledge on competition scientific landscape and market specificities.Liaison with Global, R&D, Medical affairs as a source of scientific information.Contribute to the HCP advertising strategy ensuring new communication channels, stronger and innovating claims, improved promotional activities and materials.
Work on an effective strategy to make our communication always more powerful, creative, efficient, and attractive.Contribute to the development of the annual brand plans, specifically ensuring that HCP and key recommender issues and initiatives are identified, and resources agreed in the planning process.In line with marketing strategy, develop Educational programs directed at HCPs to help deliver long-term business goals for assigned brands thereby ensuring that it complements the existing Pharma Detailing programs.Provide rapid responses to scientific and medical inquiries from a range of stakeholders internal and external whilst ensuring they are balanced and underpinned by current scientific literature.Create content for key identified HCP Conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, CMEs (Continuous medical education), and contribute to the scientific content when Reckitt's participation in these events.Train and support the internal pharmacy team and External detailing team on medical detailing and capture key HPC feedback to improve materials and team knowledge.Onboard and train new salespeople.Additional Requirements Experience & Languages Educated to minimum university degree level, ideally in Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or any other Health Science related studies.5 years of experience in Science-based training or/and Regulatory within the Healthcare industry.Proficiency Level in Spanish & English (mandatory).MS Office, Pptx and Excel (Advanced).Professional Skills & Competencies Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating.Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
