The mission and the role of Regulatory Compliance is to foster adherence to the regulations under its perimeter, to the principles set in the Code of Conduct and to the corporate values, acting as a 2nd Line of Defence by establishing objectives, challenging and advising the 1st Line of Defence in the best interest of our employees and stakeholders.Among other tasks, you will be responsible for the following topics:Ensuring capital market compliance with regards to Compliance, in particular with EMIR and Volcker requirements.Corporate Defence (General Code of Conduct, whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, financing of political parties, competition law, anti-corruption).Identify systemic procedural weaknesses and additional training requirements needed to ensure compliance.Perform risk assessments, synthesize analyses, identify root cause(s), and provide recommendations to management.Provide compliance input on business action plans, projects, or operational requests.Provide insight and guidance to management on issues.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
