Job Title: Registered Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
Manage all licenses, certificates, and permits for Blaine Group of Companies.
Handle a 5-day regulatory closing and schedule deadlines.
Reconcile records of regulatory and inter-company regulatory necessities.
Verify, check, and maintain the validity of LTOs, CPRs, CPNs, and permits from the following regulatory agencies:
Food and Drug Administration
Bureau of Animal Industry
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency
Philippine National Police
Fertilizer and Pesticide Agency (2022 onwards)
Create and submit monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports to the above-mentioned regulatory agencies.
Check and sign dossiers for submission to regulatory agencies.
Validate completeness of requirements as mandated by regulatory agencies for compliance.
Represent the company on all regulatory bodies for accreditations and compliance.
Respond to customers' external regulatory issues.
Check records of management and archiving of documents for regulatory compliance.
Recommend regulatory management measures.
Create, amend, and maintain product labels for both internal and external use.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: A graduate of BS Pharmacy or equivalent is a primary requirement, with additional higher self-directed education in the same field or supervisory experience.
Years of Related Work Experience: Preferably with 3-4 years of relevant work experience in regulatory affairs.
