At ORBIK CYBERSECURITY, S.COOP, a leading company in product cybersecurity solutions, we are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead the management of regulations and standards in the industrial cybersecurity sector.
This position is crucial to ensuring that our operations, products, and services comply with the most stringent international regulations, while also ensuring adaptation to legislative changes in the cybersecurity field.
Responsibilities: Manage and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards in the markets where the company operates (including data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity regulations).Oversee compliance with international and local cybersecurity standards such as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, ENS, etc.Monitor legislative and regulatory changes globally and advise on their impact on the company's operations.Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and cybersecurity industry associations.Collaborate with internal teams (legal, technical, commercial) to implement policies and procedures that ensure regulatory compliance.Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with cybersecurity regulations.Prepare regular reports on the status of regulations and compliance within the company.Coordinate internal training on regulations and best practices in the regulatory field.Participate in regulatory decision-making forums.Requirements: University degree in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology or cybersecurity companies.In-depth knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity regulations (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.
