ARTHADA , a leading company in offering specialised HR services to the pharmaceutical sector, is recruiting for an international pharmaceutical company focused on medical devices for the position of REGULATORY AFFAIRS MANAGER (Barcelona) Reporting to the Board, the Regulatory Affairs Manager (RAM) will be responsible for managing all activities related to the regulation and compliance of medical devices, as well as acting as the Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.
The RAM will ensure that company products comply with regulatory and safety standards and be responsible for managing all activities related to the registration in third countries as well.
A suitable candidate will provide full collaboration to vigilance, quality, marketing, medical, and business development departments.
Requirements A bachelor's degree in science is required.
More than 5 years of experience in the field of regulatory affairs in healthcare, specifically in the medical device area.
Knowledge of medicine and food supplements regulation.
Strong managerial leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and proactively.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
