Mission:

The mission of the Regulatory Affairs Junior Specialist is to provide support to all the processes related to fragrance regulations under the responsibility of the Regulatory Affairs Department.

In the Regulatory Affairs department, we give support to our Perfumers in order to confirm that the perfume that they have created is compliant with the international and local legislations. We also give support to the Sales department to provide all technical documents that the client is requiring.

Functions:

Control and study of different legislations, like CLP (Classification Labeling & Packaging), IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and Cosmetic Regulation; at final product levels: in Perfumes, Body Care and Household products.
Coordination with internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, perfumers and Fragrance Development Managers.
Continuous support to perfumers and Fragrance Development Managers located in all our affiliates in Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India & Dubai in order to ensure that their formulas comply with the legislations and specific customer requirements that could apply.
Continuously improve Eurofragance's Regulatory Systems to optimize and simplify processes.
Review and update our Regulatory Database.
Collaborate in the notification process of our fragrances to the different poison centers of the country where they are sold.
Ensure that the standard documentation of our fragrances (IFRA certificates, Allergens certificates and Safety Data Sheets) is available for our customers.
Give continuous support to sales and customer service team from all our affiliates to guarantee that our customers receive all the extra documentation that they need.

Requirements:

Experience: Ideally candidates with a first job experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance or any related field.
Knowledge in fragrances, cosmetics, pharma or related chemical legislations will be a plus.
Languages and level: Spanish fluent. English high-intermediate to fluent level.
Personal competences: Organizational skills, teamwork, communication skills, attention to detail skills.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other related scientific field or professional equivalent experience.
