We have also managed to establish ourselves in the drugstore segment with our line of bath cosmetics and become the market leader with many of our products.
To support our Team, we are looking for an REGULATORY AFFAIRS SPECIALIST
YOUR TASKS:
Reporting to a Senior role of Product Development
Provide regulatory alerts and constraints during marketing brief for new projects.
Perform the CPSR for Cosmetic Products.
Perform formula and raw material check: verify global compliance regarding ingredients and concentrations of Cosmetic Products.
Revision and claims approval, ensuring regulatory compliance and adequate substantiation worldwide. Capacity to offer regulatory acceptable alternatives and perform risk assessment based on market distribution and brand/product footprint.
Participating in the Workflow Approval of Legal Texts and validation of artwork.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, R&D, Graphic, Product Managers, to launch new products and support currently marketed products.
Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the compliance of the Toys products.
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum 1 year in regulatory affairs activities, or provide experience in Laboratory tasks, Research & Development, Quality control or related activities for industrial/mass market products.
Experience working in areas such as project development, product monitoring with analysis, product development, or product quality.
Used to interacting with different departments to look for alternatives or fix product problems or product composition.
Bachelor or Master degree of Science.
Fluent in English.
Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility and perseverance.
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
We also really appreciate the following:
Good negotiation skills.
Experience working with cosmetic products or borderline cosmetic products.
Knowledge of EU regulations.
Experience interacting with Research and Marketing teams to provide regulatory inputs and defend risk analysis.
