The Regional Tender Manager (RTM) designs, manages and monitors all regional activities regarding Public Health to ensure new products access to public calendars, develops tender shaping to maximize brand objectives for the current portfolio, and maximizes current contracts consumption and price. This role involves developing public affairs functions at the regional level while managing purchase model optimization. The RTM digitizes each activity for regional implementation in coordination with medical and support functions with all public health relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead regional contact at public health level: reference person in the region at public health level using strong relationships while combining different stakeholders profiles (technicians, vaccines, politicians, economical).Prepare and execute annual regional plans reflecting the strategy of each franchise and its implementation.Shape tenders through optimal purchase model and brand differentiation in current portfolio.Facilitate access for new products and prepare environment for upcoming budget impact and price acceptability.Ensure knowledge of technical product information in face-to-face meetings, scientific activities, and data information.Coordinate specific product sessions with relevant stakeholders to maximize opportunities for products.Manage price weight vs technical criteria to maximize opportunities for products at regional level.Review tender criteria and reach the acceptance of product features with stakeholders decision makers.Manage incidences during the contract as the relevant contact person while coordinating internal actions.Monitor key stakeholders evolution in relevant objectives by managing specific KPIs.Team Profile: Strategic skills to manage short and mid-term objectives.Good understanding of local law and decision-making processes at national and regional level.High-level conversation: Technical scientific, negotiation, and communication skills.Teamwork and transversal skills.Digital savvy: skills and intuitive knowledge to operate digitally on a day-to-day basis.Education: Diploma in Business or Health Sciences desired.
Languages: Spanish and English fluent desired.
