Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a Regional Planning Analyst.
This role will support the Self Care Regional Planning Team with day-to-day operational planning activities.
We are looking to add a strong team member who will help build the interface between manufacturing sites and local demand teams with the key aim to ensure stock availability of the right products to the right locations, while ensuring precise, timely, and accurate communication of all relevant information to the key partners in the Consumer Health organization.
In addition, you will constantly seek improvements to make our processes more robust and resilient and participate in projects to further strengthen our supply chain.
The tasks will include net requirement planning, reporting, master data maintenance, and supplier collaboration.
This role is perfect for an individual who wants to be in the center of a large, successful team, helping to maintain excellent operations and acquiring supply planning experience to grow and develop in supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operational planning and reporting activities with respective suppliers.
Manage supply constraints to minimize the total business impact, proactively communicate risks to management and markets.
Ensure accurate reporting and presentation to management of key KPIs.
Be the housekeeper and ensure maintenance of excellent master data quality.
Assist project teams with planning activities for site transfer, new product introduction, product lifecycle, acquisition, and divestiture.
Take an active part in planning processes optimization and redesign.
Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, or engineering.
1-2 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning or a related field.
Experience working with SAP-APO strongly preferred.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel (Power BI a plus).
Strong ability to process data from multiple locations and systems.
