We are expanding our team by hiring a new Regional Sales Manager based in Madrid.
We're looking for a self-motivated, collaborative team player who is ready to take advantage of a tremendous growth opportunity in a rapidly growing new industry.
You'll have a chance to make this role your own, in an open culture that encourages new ideas and innovations to help us continue driving exponential growth.
You will be supporting our Sales team working closely with Sales, Service Delivery, Global Compliance, Technology, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Visa and Global Mobility, etc.
to position and support the company's various businesses and functions.
With a proven track record on new product positioning, you will have the expertise to develop and implement sales strategies to open new opportunities for our products and services in the Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Global Mobility space.
By developing a deep understanding of our products, you will have the ability to position EOR solutions to Enterprise and upper-middle market clients, while collaborating with our other product lines in Global Payroll, HR, Technology, and Mobility to support clients' global expansion.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and facilitate sales of our Technology-enabled Global HR Solutions such as Employer of Record, Payroll, and immigration products to prospective clients in order to achieve personal monthly/quarterly/annual new sales objectives.Consistently meet sales activity and other agreed KPIs and satisfy all company requirements for CRM usage.Develop and maintain an excellent working knowledge of product positioning, product messaging, product capabilities, and competitive landscape.Efficiently qualify leads and opportunities to build a healthy pipeline, managing the entire sales process from discovery to closing sales opportunities.Collaborate with internal Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure efficient and compliant strategy and deal execution.Connect with key influencers and executive sponsors in target organizations and develop trusted advisor status.Open and develop relevant alliance partnerships, generating activity with globally expanding clients.
