Regional Sales Manager The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area for the real estate sector.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing relationships.
You will bring: Extensive experience in real estate sales.
Excellent leadership skills.
A passion for customer service.
Ability to manage and influence others.
New homes sales experience either for a developer or within estate agency (both would be an advantage).
Fluent English and a second language (German or Dutch or French).
Availability to travel at least two weeks per month.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee and deliver the sales and marketing strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or multi-site environment.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and property development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
