About the Regional Sales Manager (French) role... The Regional Sales Manager will manage a team of sales executives, ensuring that team performance is meeting or exceeding budget expectations.
The role will be responsible for the on-boarding, coaching, training and success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.

What you'll do... Leading and coaching a team of full-cycle sales executivesSetting clear expectations for performance and conduct, and measuring against this, in order to meet or exceed budget expectationsAssess the sales pipeline of each sales executive and the team, and prepare regular sales forecasts for managementReview the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard for each team member and interpret it, offering guidance on how to improveBuild, report on and communicate key metrics to track success of campaigns, events, and marketing activities in the regionWhat you have... Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skillsAble to build, lead and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and resultsUnderstanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription modelProven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within itTechnical aptitude and passion for the technology spaceTrack record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding themExcellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and culturesStrong written and oral communication skills in French and English (full professional proficiency)Please send us your CV in English.
