What You'll Be Doing As a Regional Sales Manager (General Manager), you'll:
Coach and Inspire: Motivate and mentor your sales team to achieve big goals. Set and Crush Goals: Establish custom performance targets and lead your team to smash them. Boost Morale: Schedule regular check-ins to keep energy levels high and celebrate wins. Develop Strategy: Use market insights to create innovative plans that drive results. Here's what makes you a great fit:
Sales Superstar: At least 3 years of effective sales training or 5+ years of proven sales success. People Connector: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're results-driven and thrive on solving challenges. Organizer Extraordinaire: Strong planning skills with the ability to stay one step ahead.
