ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support market research and business opportunities in the Central & East European Area. This role involves potential customer search and visits, project quotations based on Ormazabal products, and follow-up. Reporting to the Regional Director Central & Eastern Europe, you will oversee assigned projects throughout their development to meet defined costs and deadlines.
FUNCTIONS Support the development of solutions based on Ormazabal products.Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.Conduct market research and visit potential customers.Lead the preparation and submission of technical documentation.Provide technical support to partners and customers.Follow up on awarded projects.Engage with other departments to guarantee quality and client requirements.Coordinate with technicians and support other team members.Prepare reports and other documents required by the supervisor.REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Electrical Engineering.Previous experience in the Electric Energy Industry, especially Medium Voltage.Experience in project management dealing directly with clients.Experience with SAP is desirable.Proactive attitude, customer-oriented, and good communication and negotiation skills.Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.German language skills are desirable.Inclusion, equity, and non-discrimination are fundamental pillars of our culture.
