About the role As Sales Manager, reporting to the Country Business Leader BD Biosciences Iberia, you will be responsible for organizing, motivating, and leading the Sales Team in Spain and will be fully accountable for achieving annual business objectives.
You will also be in charge of the combined performance of the team to ensure that everyone within your team reaches their targets.
In addition, as Sales Manager Biosciences in Spain, you will have P&L responsibility for your division and will work closely with the Country Business Leader BD Biosciences Iberia to establish the business in Spain, create long-term business strategies, and build the organization to align with the business plans.
