Job Description The position of Regional Sales Director is primarily responsible for managing the Sales Team , the achievement of commercial targets in their zone, volumes, penetration rate, business profitability, dealer service, as well as for the continuous growth in their area.
Main Responsibilities Manage the Sales Team in order to achieve business objectives in line with the Market annual budget, sharing best practices and sales methods; Guarantee sales of financial products and services in order to achieve commercial targets and profitability; Implement the strategic and operational marketing action plans, through dealer network; Define and manage sales planning, tracking performances and identifying possible corrective actions; Manage and sign Agreements with Dealers, including incentive and dealer commissions; Ensure, in conjunction with the Compliance policies, each Representative remains compliant to rules and regulations.
They are specifically responsible for the development of their team to ensure that eligible products are presented in a compliant manner and following the Code of Conduct and Business Rules for each representative and the dealer network; Monitor level of Services and Quality provided to ensure maximum levels of service to dealer network.
We are looking for a dynamic, open minded, leader profile to join our Sales & Marketing department, reporting directly to our Sales & Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate will be a highly goal-oriented professional with excellent knowledge and experience with the dealer network at national level in Spain .
Job Requirements Previous experience in multinational companies and financial sector; Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or similar; 5+ years' experience in similar position; Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans; Advanced level of Microsoft Office programs; Advanced English level; Dynamic person, with sales, negotiation and communication skills, familiarized with organizing and monitoring commercial objectives and teams; Residence in Madrid area.
