Your Profile You have successfully completed a degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or mechanical/mechatronic engineering or a comparable qualification in rotating equipment.
You have already gained professional, technical experience dealing with rotating equipment, electrical drives (e.g. electrical motors, VFDs, speed variation systems, etc).
You ideally bring experience in the energy production and/or oil & gas business, and/or EPC contracts, and as a plus project management and risk management skills.
User skills in the common MS Office programs. Sales force, MS Project or SAP are desirable but not must.
Fluent written and spoken English is required; German language skills are an advantage but not must.
Your independent, structured, and systematic way of working is rounded off by your customer and solutions orientation and service mentality.
Your Tasks You will be part of the global retrofit team.
You will provide regional technical consultancy services to end users (Oil and Gas) regarding complete conversions (e.g. dismantling and installations works).
You will perform retrofit assessments (electrical, mechanical, construction), and conduct feasibility studies, TCO & energy saving calculations.
You will be working on the preparation of specifications, proposals and EPCM contracts in close collaboration with the customers, subcontractors, regional service sales.
You will be building up regional know-how and sub-supplier/partner networks (e.g. civil works, mechanical and electrical works, and engineering) needed for Retrofit projects.
You will be technically supporting both the project development phase as well as the contract negotiation phase.
You will take over the project management for the execution of regional Retrofit projects, in conjunction with the existing sub-suppliers/partner network.
