Job Description Summary: The Regional PSP Regional Sourcing Leader (HR Svc - Compensation Benefits aka Total Rewards) role is pivotal in driving savings and efficiencies through management of supplier base.
The role collaborates with GEHC Regional Category Leaders, Global Category Leaders, Business Leaders and their teams, managing the following sub-commodities in Professional services: HR Services - Compensation Benefits (S. EMEA).
The role reports directly to the Global Sub-Category Leader and will be based in S. EMEA.
Our team members have the ability to work (hybrid) from home and from the local GE HealthCare office to be closer to their stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with key business stakeholders to support the needs of the business.Developing solutions and delivering on priorities for the designated scope.
Maintaining metrics for sourcing scope and identifying new areas of opportunity to deliver or exceed targets.Develop and implement Indirect Sourcing strategy, within the RSL's agreed scope and in line with global initiatives.Owning achieving Indirect savings targets, leading, and running project execution across their supply base.Responsible for risk management in supplier base ensuring all compliance and quality standards are met.Liaising with stakeholders and Sourcing colleagues across the organization to understand/share best practices and leverage expertise.Identifying and owning local and cross SBU supply base.
Leveraging category contracts into assigned SBU to maximize opportunities.Driving business metrics affected by indirect Sourcing, identifying new areas of cost out and implementing operating efficiency.Providing feedback and support to other Sourcing Leaders including RSLs covering the same spend.Interfacing with SBUs on cross business projects.Providing appropriate contract coverage for goods and services in the region.
Being proficient in executing the GEHC legal templates and negotiating terms and conditions, service levels and pricing with suppliers.Quality Specific Goals:Identifying and reporting any quality or compliance concerns and taking immediate corrective action as required.Knowledge and understanding of GEHC Purchasing Controls Procedure and associated Work Instructions and operating within them to ensure that all purchased product and services conform to specified requirements.Developing and maintaining a fully qualified and compliant supply base.Qualifications:Formal sourcing qualification / bachelor's degree in engineering and /or equivalent degree.Minimum 7 years of professional services sourcing experience, a portion of which in a large corporate sourcing environment including significant experience negotiating Health, Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and other related services.Industry relevant experience, such as roles within health insurance industry, benefits consulting/outsourcing or working within the benefits administration for another large employer.Proven organizational and project management skills (multi-faceted complex projects) with ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results on time.Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions.Delivered cross Functional/Business savings and deployed initiatives projects.Shown ability to lead and cooperate with teams virtually and in person at all levels of an organization.Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of time.Proficient with IT based tools.Fluent in English.Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments and targets.Proven ability to influence and gain consensus to achieve priorities for the benefit of the company.Able to combine a strong sense of humility and partnership with Stakeholders and Suppliers, with the purpose of Sourcing's mission, making GE HealthCare leaner and more cost efficient.Desired:Tenacious, strong negotiator, good communicator at all levels and across different cultures.Industry relevant Experience Regional Market knowledge and understanding of the managed categories (HR Services - Compensation, Benefits, Retirement).Strong influencing skills.Strong Sourcing mindset.Great stakeholder management - able to understand internal customers' needs and CTQ's (critical to quality) and deliver them from the supplier base.Can work in a matrix and under pressure against deadlines, CTQ's and deliver them from the supplier base.Able to balance priorities and pivot when necessary.Greenbelt or Black Belt certification preferred.Additional Information:Relocation Assistance Provided: No #J-18808-Ljbffr
