What you'll do:
Regional Procurement Team Coordinator has a direct impact on ensuring continuity of supply in the region by managing the processing of orders for raw materials, goods and services, processed by a team located in Bielsko-Biala.
Main responsibilities: Optimization of purchasing processes and costs;Supervision and parameterization of the ERP system and tools supporting the purchasing process;Management of overdue orders;Management of withheld payments in cooperation with other departments;Controlling the timeliness of orders;Maintaining constant contact with suppliers;Negotiating with suppliers and analyzing concluded contracts;Reporting of results;Management of procurement projects and active participation in project work;Development of subordinate team.Qualifications:University education;Experience in procurement/purchasing.Skills:Good working knowledge of ERP systems and the purchasing process;Ability to build business relationships with internal customers and suppliers;Very good knowledge of the English language;Analytical skills;Team management skills;Knowledge of MS Office including Excel;Leadership competencies in line with the Eaton Leadership Model: Acting strategically, achieving results and building organizational capacity in a committed, ethical, accountable, effective, transparent manner, with a focus on continuous improvement and development, and leveraging digital technologies.Benefits:Employment contract directly with Eaton;Free private medical care;Multisport card;Company canteen with a rich menu;Internal and external trainings;Events for employees and their families and team-building meetings;Wellness groups and sports sections funded by Eaton;Employee referral program;Development in a large, international organization with strong support for internal promotions.
