About You Degree educated or equivalent experience in education recruitment, with 5+ years in competitive sales environments, ideally within business education or hospitality sectors.
You're fluent in both Spanish and English, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive and organized self-starter, you bring insight and passion to everything you do, and you're comfortable with the travel needed to meet clients and attend key events.

We're looking for a highly motivated Regional Postgraduate Enrolment Manager to help expand our reach in Spain by building relationships, nurturing partnerships, and enhancing brand presence across the region.

Your Role The Regional PG Enrolment Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and contributing to the strategic growth objectives of the organization.
This role involves both lead generation and conversion activities, including outreach, networking, and participating in relevant events to drive business growth Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Conversion Activities: Plan and execute activities aimed at lead generation and conversion, such as discovery days, client meetings, field events, workshops, B2B collaborations, webinars, and seminars.
Client Engagement: Follow up leads generated through the outreach activities, and engage with potential clients to convert them into business opportunities via phone, email, social media, and personal meetings.
Relationship Management: Oversee and manage relationships with clients throughout the sales process, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, and maintaining strong, ongoing communication.
Market Insight and Competitor Analysis: Provide regular updates on market trends and competitor activities, contributing valuable insights to the business strategy.
Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and implement new relationships with partner organizations, associations, and other strategic partners in the region.
Industry Relations: Leverage industry relations to build key projects focused on business development.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and engagements in the CRM system.
Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend relevant events as required.
Brand Awareness: Collaborate with the marketing team to build brand awareness and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.
KPIs for the role: In-year recruitment metrics: Meeting targets in enrolments and revenue growth.
Partnership Development: Successful growth and engagement with strategic partners.
Market Penetration & Client Engagement: Expanding our reach in new markets, with high engagement and conversion rates.
Client Retention & Satisfaction: Retaining clients and fostering long-term relationships.
