The Role:
The Regional Partnership Manager is responsible for helping to devise and carry out our strategic growth plans in specific territories. The role includes recruiting, training and managing a high performing team of Partnership Managers combined with winning and maintaining key partner relationships. Our Partnership Managers are integral in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the Lumon private client division and we strive to ensure every member of the partnership team has the tools to be able to succeed in their role.
Main Responsibilities:
Recruit a team of experienced partnership managers
Provide initial training and ongoing support for the team including conducting the twice yearly 'My Conversation' process which aims to help support our colleagues with their ongoing development.
Identify the key partners in the region and create bespoke offers to win those partners.
Own relationships with the key partners within the region you work, this can include some of Lumon's existing partners and new partners that you onboard.
Generate a consistent stream of referrals from the partners managed.
Deliver training to the partners to improve the quantity and quality of referrals generated.
Collaborate with the onboarding and dealing teams to ensure strong conversions from referral to successful trade.
Consistently demonstrate the Lumon behaviours.
