Regional OT Infrastructure Functional CoordinatorLocation(s):Madrid, M, ES, 28022Swindon, Wiltshire, GB, SN5 6PBLondon, City of London, GB, EC2R 8HPCoventry, COV, GB, CV4 8PBCompany: RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.Position: To start as soon as possible, full time, permanentResponsibilities:Own and manage the day-to-day operations of our decentralized OT infrastructure, including regional offices and sites.Take ownership and full responsibility for service issues and incidents while coordinating with relevant parties and effectively communicating with stakeholders.Ensure OT systems reliability and availability of decentralized assets, including analysis and escalations of critical problems and issues (including KPIs).Ensure compliance with internal and external rules and local or international laws of the countries where we operate, including security operations and/or ISMS/ISO27000 standards.Maintain decentralized infrastructure documentation, including patch management, hardware details, backup procedures, hardware lifecycle, and inventory management.Organize and optimize requests within the subfunction and/or business or team leader requests.Monitor and manage third-party support and service desk teams to ensure optimal service, including performance management for current and future demands.Manage responsibilities within the subfunction of the team, including directing colleagues (internal and external) and their priorities.Support the performance management of the members of the infrastructure subfunction.Act as an interface for the team leader, supporting in escalations and day-to-day issues.Ensure all systems, procedures, and methodologies are followed to enable outstanding service delivery.Support the coaching of colleagues.Your Profile:Successfully completed a Degree in Information Technology or related experience in relevant enterprises.Expert in Operational Technology, including hardware brands (HP, Dell), virtualization using VMware, and years of experience in the area.Experience with hardware lifecycle (including installation and configuration) for decentralized infrastructure, virtual machine management, Windows and Linux systems, patch management, backups, and managing datacenter operations with external partners.Clear understanding of network architectures, networking protocols, VPNs, VLANs, QoS, NATs, Routing, etc.Background in the Renewables Sector (OT Operations).Clear understanding of management and related tasks, including conflict management, enabling cooperation, and running the business.Strong passion for improvements, including coordinating Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned.Ability to troubleshoot in complex OT-related systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
