Line manager: Regional operations managerJob purpose/overview: To support clinics on non-medical related projects.Process optimization: from both operations and medical perspective.Lead AniCura WoW for the region.Lead KPI discussions (not development) in collaboration with ROM.Partner with ROM to prepare NPS review and follow-up with clinics (ROM may lead the discussion).Financial performance projects: pricing, mix evolution, personnel cost analysis.Pricing: partner with Regional Operations Manager in driving the pricing strategy for the region and aligning pricing with each clinic.Staffing and operating labor optimization: Personnel cost analysis, Optimization of rosters, Develop standard ways of scheduling.Underlying analysis to support the regional Clinical service strategy: profitability of services, case mix evolution etc.Project management: for implementation projects (in collaboration with relevant partners, for example IT and admin).Project lead larger renovation/building project/manage external partner for such projects.PMS harmonization.Online booking introduction.Implement waiting-room TV.Other digital projects.Projects related to legal and compliance (security, audits).Procurement: Link between clinics and cluster procurement where needed.Establish guidelines/Optimization of the cost structure for consumables.Local contact for collaboration projects with suppliers.Regional marketing activities: providing direction, strategy.Collect and communicate local marketing/material needs (define the need from clinics towards the cluster team).Own regional Social media messaging strategy; Defining what picture you want to paint connected to the clinical service strategy (e.G., B2B/B2C, small & friendly / large & advanced).Own social media management for the regional, assign person responsible and accountable for each clinic (in clinic or regional, clearly defined responsibility).Training and capabilities in clinics; check what is needed, make sure they have access to training.Add clinic touch on marketing content (as needed, not in all markets).Project management of rebranding in clinics in the region.Internal communication: on regional level (clinic level led by clinics, regional admin can support).Manage narrowcasting local content (digital signage).Organize Local events.Context and Scope: Works in a clinic and travel to other clinics (4 days/week).Education & Professional Qualification: Business degree.Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Project management, Results oriented.Key Supporting Job Related Competencies: Project management, Relation building with clinical teams.Key Business Partners: Practice managers, Vets and Nurses in clinics, Regional Leadership teams; regional operations partner, regional medical partner, regional P&O partner, regional business controller, IT support, Country marketing & communications team, Head of Operations, Regional operations partners in other regions in the cluster.#J-18808-Ljbffr
