Line manager: Regional operations managerJob purpose/overview: To support clinics on medical related projectsDevelop Medical efficiency in Operations: Operational/medical excellence project lead (often in collaboration with regional operations partner)Support AniCura WoWMedical excellence projectsRevenue erosion lead for the regionMedical Standards of current treatment, best practice sharingImplement Medical initiatives in the region:Support introduction and maintenance of QualiCura in clinicsAPSIS: introduction & follow-upQuality initiatives (e.g., quality improvement in strategic areas like lab, nutrition)Master data management for the regionProvide Advisory to clinics around quality and medical excellenceCustomer interaction best practices:NPS review and follow-upSupport young vets, training medical basics, intervention, coaching with complaintsSupport difficult customer interactions; Escalated complaints management support, in collaboration with practice managers, regional manager, admin partnerSupport clinics in various client matters; patient safety, processes etc.Follow-up clinic development (quality/medical practices/patient safety):Do quality review of clinics when neededSet clinic plan to improve quality and patient safetyPartner with P&O for veterinary contribution to strategic people initiatives:Contribute to associate introduction & onboarding (medical/quality content)Linking associates to the right learning opportunitiesAttend Local Congresses when neededSupport Talent acquisitionContext and Scope: Works in a clinic and travel to other clinics (4 days/week).Education & Professional Qualification: VeterinarianKnowledge/Skills/Experience: Project management, Results oriented, Capacity to embark teams, clinical experienceKey Supporting Job Related Competencies: Project management, Relation building with clinical teamsKey Business Partners (co-pilots): Practice managers, Vets and Nurses in clinics, Regional Leadership teams; regional operations partner, regional admin partner, regional P&O partner, regional business controller, Country medical manager, cluster quality manager, Head of Operations, Regional medical partners in other regions in the cluster.
